Troubleshooting Techniques for Windows 11 Non-Shutting Desktops - Solutions

Fix 1: Update your drivers

Fix 3: Change boot order in BIOS

1. Clickthe Start button >the settings button .

3. Click Recovery >Restart now .

4. ClickTroubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings .
