Solution 1:Rename your pepflashplayer.dll file

Solution 1: Rename your pepflashplayer.dll file

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and E at the same time to open Windows File Explorer.

Then double-click the folder with the version number.

  1. Right-click pepflashplayer.dll , then Rename .

  1. Change the name into pepflashplayerX.dll .

Solution 2: Delete your PepperFlash folder

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.

  2. Type %localappdata% and press Enter .
