Fix 4: Update Windows

rename c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
net start wuauserv

3) Typeexit and press theEnter key to close the Command Prompt window.

4) Reboot your computer.

Now check to see if your Windows Store is working normally.
