Option 2–Manually

1. On your keyboard, press theWindows logo key and R together to invoke the Run box.
2. Type “devmgmt.msc” and clickOK .

3. In the Device Manager, clickDisplay adapters , then right-click on the graphics card driver and clickUpdate driver .

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the process.

5. Restart your computer, and see if the problem is fixed or not.

B. Reinstall the previous driver

It is possible that some programs are not compatible with the latest version of the graphics driver and cause trouble. If update your driver doesn’t work or your driver is already the latest version, you can uninstall your graphics card driver and install the previous version to fix this problem.

1. On your keyboard, press theWindows logo key and R together to invoke the Run box.
2. Type “devmgmt.msc” and clickOK .

1. Run the game, then press theWindows logo key +R together to open the run box.
2. Type “taskmgr” and pressEnter to open the Task Manager.
3. ChooseDetails . Find Nier Automata.exe, right-click on it and clickSet affinity .

4. Select onlyCore 0 andCore 2 then clickOK .

5. Go back to the game, it should be running properly.
