Fix 3: Edit the Device_Manifest file

To do so:

  1. ExitLogitech Gaming software .
  2. On your keyboard, pressthe Windows logo key andE at the same time, then copythe following path to the address bar and pressEnter .
    C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\Resources\G930\Manifest
  3. BACK UP the Device_Manifest file by creating a copy.
  4. Right-click on the Device_Manifest file andedit with a text editor (such as Notepad ++, Notepad, Evernote).
  5. On your keyboard, pressCtrl andF at the same time, then typeturnoffinterval and clickFind Next .
  6. Modify900 to0 .
  7. Save the edit.

  1. Check to see if yourLogitech G930 cutting out problem has been resolved. If yes, then great! But if the issue is still not worked out, then delete the file you’ve just edited andkeep the original Device_Manifest file.

Fix 4: Turn off USB Root HUB Power Management

  1. On your keyboard, pressthe Windows logo key andR at the same time, then type devmgmt.msc and pressEnter .
  2. Double-click onUniversal Serial Bus controllers >USB Root Hub .
  3. Click thePower Management tab,un-tick the box forAllow the computer to turn off this device to save power and clickOK .
  4. Check your Logitech G930 gaming headset and see if the sound cutting out issue has been fixed.

Fix 5: Try another port

Before reconnecting yourLogitech G930 to your computer, make sure it’sFULLY CHARGED andPOWERED OFF .
